Please follow the steps below to successfully register for The MHOA 2011 Marketing Symposium:


All attendees must register for the meeting and pay the registration fee. Only registered attendees will be admitted to the meetings and meal functions.  All persons registering for the hotel who fail to register for the meeting will be dropped from our room block.

Dear MHOA Members and Associate Members:

We are excited to announce that our eight biennial Marketing Symposium has been scheduled for June 28 - June 30, 2011, at the JW Marriott Resort & Spa. Located in the heart of the hotel zone, each of our 448 well-appointed rooms have private balconies with stunning views of Cancun's white sand beaches and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean.

 

Our MHOA 2011 Marketing Symposium promises to be our best symposium ever. We have already confirmed the participation of our national marketing agencies, national marketing staff, key regional marketing personnel and agencies.

 

Our Partners at the Coca Cola Company will once again be our Title Sponsor and share their winning insights into the Hispanic markets in the United States. 

 

You cannot afford to miss this event. We have negotiated a tremendous price of $189.00 (single or double occupancy) plus applicable taxes. Reservations can be made 5 days prior (June 23rd) and extend your stay 5 days following our symposium through (July 5th) on this MHOA rate.

 

Exclusive MHOA Member registration period ends on November 30, 2010. Registration for Corporate and participating vendors/sponsors will be opened on December 1, 2010.

Adult Non-Members Ages 18 & Over: $375.00
Adult Members - Ages 18 & Over: $275.00
Children: 0-10 Free
Children 11- 17: $175.00

Late registration will begin on April 30, 2011:

Cost will increase by $100.00 for anyone registering after April 29, 2011

All events will be held at the JW Marriott Resort & Spa. We have also negotiated a special transportation rate to and from the airport. McDonald’s Corporate Employee’s Airline booking information for Travel to 2011 MHOA Marketing Symposium

If you are a Corporate Employee based in the United States, you must use the McDonald’s Travel Management Company to book your airline travel. By using AXIOM, American Express Business Travel’s online booking tool, you will be in compliance with the McDonald’s Corporate Travel Policy.

 

In order to book your airline reservation online with AXIOM click here: https://mctravel.axo20.com.  As a McDonald’s employee you automatically have a profile in AXIOM. If you are not sure how to log in or forgot your password please contact AXIOM Navigation Assistance at 888-623-8785 option 1 they are available (7 days a week 24hrs a day) they will provide you with detailed instructions on how to reactivate your profile, reset your password and assist with your online booking.

If a guest is accompanying you, you will need to book each reservation separately on AXIOM, to change the travelers name click on the “edit” button  enter the full legal name as it appears on their government issued id and also change the date of birth and gender, the airline’s require this information and will pass it on to the TSA who will screen passengers to make sure that their id matches the information in the reservation.  For more info see:  www.tsa.gov. Also please review the seating chart when making the first reservation to make sure that the airline has availability for both reservations.  If you choose, you may call to make both airline reservations with an agent by calling toll-free at 1-888-623-8785, choose option 2or 3 (hours are 8am to 7:00pm CST) to book a new reservation with an agent.

The valid travel dates for this discount are June 23 - July 5, 2011.  You can easily access American’s fares and apply this discount by going to http://www.aa.com to book your flight.

This special discount is valid off any applicable published fares listed for American Airlines, American Eagle, and American Connection.
