All attendees must register for the meeting and pay the registration fee. Only registered attendees will be admitted to the meetings and meal functions. All persons registering for the hotel who fail to register for the meeting will be dropped from our room block.

We are excited to announce that our eight biennial Marketing Symposium has been scheduled for June 28 - June 30, 2011, at the JW Marriott Resort & Spa. Located in the heart of the hotel zone, each of our 448 well-appointed rooms have private balconies with stunning views of Cancun's white sand beaches and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean.
Our MHOA 2011 Marketing Symposium promises to be our best symposium ever. We have already confirmed the participation of our national marketing agencies, national marketing staff, key regional marketing personnel and agencies.

You cannot afford to miss this event. We have negotiated a tremendous price of $189.00 (single or double occupancy) plus applicable taxes. Reservations can be made 5 days prior (June 23rd) and extend your stay 5 days following our symposium through (July 5th) on this MHOA rate.
Exclusive MHOA Member registration period ends on November 30, 2010. Registration for Corporate and participating vendors/sponsors will be opened on December 1, 2010.
Registration Cost:
Adult Non-Members Ages 18 & Over: $375.00
Adult Members - Ages 18 & Over: $275.00
Children: 0-10 Free
Children 11- 17: $175.00
Late registration will begin on April 30, 2011:
Cost will increase by $100.00 for anyone registering after April 29, 2011

All events will be held at the JW Marriott Resort & Spa. We have also negotiated a special transportation rate to and from the airport.
