All attendees must register for the meeting and pay the registration fee. Only registered attendees will be admitted to the meetings and meal functions. All persons registering for the hotel who fail to register for the meeting will be dropped from our room block.

We are excited to announce that our ninth biennial Marketing Symposium has been scheduled for June 25 - June 27, 2013, at the Westin Resort & Casino Aruba.
Our MHOA 2013 Marketing Symposium promises to be our best symposium ever. We have already confirmed the participation of our national marketing agencies, national marketing staff, key regional marketing personnel and agencies.
Our Partners at the Coca Cola Company will once again be our Title Sponsor and share their winning insights into the Hispanic markets in the United States.
You cannot afford to miss this event. We have negotiated a tremendous price of $145.00 (single or double occupancy) plus applicable taxes. Reservations can be made 5 days prior (June 20th) and extend your stay 5 days following our symposium through (July 3rd) on this MHOA rate.

MHOA Meeting Late registration fee begins: April 30, 2013
No Refund for registration cancellation after May 24, 2013
No Cancellation of rooms allowed after: May 27, 2013
Cost will increase by $100.00 for anyone registering after April 29, 2013
